# elseif

This block is part of the [`state ui`](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/state%20ui) group and was last modified in core [`v10.4.28`](https://docs.rual.nl/core-versions/100428).

Allows you to use different state UIs based on your given condition.

- default required `state` The state element displayed default.

- else if required `condition` The condition that determines which element is shown.

- then required `state` The state element displayed when the condititon before it is true.

- UI `state` Returns the element to the frontend state.

A typical wiring for [elseif](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/state%20ui/state_elseif): the `state` out pin feeds [get component child](https://docs.rual.nl/block-types/state%20actions/state_component_get_child).
